Villa Alegria is located in the beautiful Caribbean seaside village of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Built in 2006, this lovely two-story Villa is perfect for families, couples or small groups of friends.
The Villa is located within the secure, gated community of Playacar on the south side of town. Villa Alegria is a part of the Real del Carmen complex, which is located on the back nine of the award-winning Playacar golf course.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our friendly and knowledgable Property Manager. Everything you need is provided to insure a relaxing and fun holiday. The Villa is beautifully furnished and includes all amenities.
Villa Alegria is a two-story, 1900 sq ft / 177 sq meters townhouse. It is the end unit and very private. There are two full bedrooms plus a studio, all on the upper level. The two bedrooms both have full private baths. There are a total of 3.5 baths in the unit. The Villa sleeps 6-8 people. We also have a portable crib and high chair for little ones. A/C thru-out with remote controls plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
